Just because you are skinny, doesn’t mean you are in shape. I’m very out of shape and that needs to change…
I have been skinny all of my life but I’m definitely in and out of shape. I want to put on 20 pounds of muscle and get into amazingly good cardio shape. This will take some time. I have been looking for some tools to make it more fun and I have come up with a geeks guide to getting into shape fast.

- The key is to find a plan that works for you and stick with it. Don’t get down on yourself if you can’t find the time in the day for a complete workout – Just drop down and do some pushups! That’s better than nothing!
